GADITANA’S FACILITIES HAVE AN AREA OF 8.002 m², DISTRIBUTED AS DESCRIBED BELOW:

PAINT WORKSHOP A

Workshop with an area of  476 m², dedicated to naval boilermaking and repair of equipments.

COVERED WORKSHOP B

Workshop with an area of 1.140 m², dedicated to materials storage and vehicles

COVERED WORKSHOP C

Workshop with an area of 1.186 m², dedicated to painting Works.

Blasting chamber with dimensions 15x6x6m, with two blasting equipments of 330L capacity and an authomatic recovery of abrasive, using metallic abrasive Wheelabrator with cleaning and filtration systems to avoid surface contamination and emision of particles to the atmosphere.

PAINT WORKSHOP D

Workshop with an area of 1.600 m²:

/ Authomatic blasting equipment for small elements (1.000Kg capacity)

/ 2 painting chambers of 1.800 m³, with a system to control the VOC emisions to the atmosphere by means of activated carbon filters, non-flammable lights, heating systems and environmental humidity control.

OUTDOOR COURTYARD

The outdoor courtyard has an area of 3.600 m², for paint and repair Works.

Blasting chamber with non-metallic abrasives and relative humidity control.
